Terms of Service

Agastya, operated by Saraiya Innovations Pvt Ltd, provides businesses with a done-for-you AI customer-support service: an AI agent that answers phone, WhatsApp, chat and email, reminders, follow-ups & win-backs, plus a monthly outcome report.

Engagements typically begin with a 30-day pilot for a one-time fee, after which the business may continue on a monthly retainer. Fees are billed in INR through our payment provider; applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are additional. Any advertising spend a business chooses to run is billed to the business directly by the ad platform and is not part of Agastya's fee.

The pilot is a fixed 30-day term with no lock-in. The monthly retainer is month-to-month and either party may end it with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle.

Agastya handles customer communication and task completion. It is nota professional advisory service and does not provide professional advice; questions requiring the business's own expertise are handed to the business's own team. The business remains responsible for the service it provides and for the accuracy of the information (services, prices, hours) it gives us to represent it.

Businesses agree to use Agastya only for legitimate communication with their own customers, to provide accurate information, and to comply with applicable law — including messaging-consent and data-protection rules.

Handling of business and customer data is described in our Privacy Policy. The business is the data fiduciary for its customers; Agastya processes data on the business's behalf.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Estimated figures in reports and audits are good-faith estimates based on the business's data and industry benchmarks, not guarantees of a specific result.

To the extent permitted by law, Agastya's liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the period in question.
